📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business functions • Drive AI-driven innovation through a discover, design, develop and deploy model • Lead and develop the embedded AI champion network across business units • Partner with Solutions Engineers to scope and pilot AI-supported workflows • Own change management across functions, including training colleagues, updating SOPs and tracking adoption • Engage with ERP, HR, CRM and other SaaS vendors to deploy AI capabilities • Monitor and report productivity and innovation impact to the AI Leadership Council and the CoE • Represent business needs in the CoE roadmap • Chair the cross-functional AI champion community of practice • Launch AI opportunities and initiatives, increase adoption, deliver productivity gains and accelerate organizational innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years driving AI-led transformation within a large-scale organization • Founder or early-stage startup experience required • Experience building a new capability from zero in ambiguous environments with limited resources • Demonstrated success adopting new tools or technology and driving change management across teams • Excellent fluency in AI/LLM concepts, including prompting, limitations and appropriate use • Strong communication skills to translate between commercial or operational needs and technical capability • Prior experience piloting or scaling new systems or process change across multiple functions is a strong plus • Curious, entrepreneurial and energized by building something new
