• Lead Bremont's expansion into new international markets • Manage and grow existing key accounts and regional teams • Develop market-entry strategies covering route-to-market, pricing positioning, and launch plans • Build a pipeline of prospective distributor and retail partners and lead negotiations and onboarding • Conduct competitor and market analysis with marketing and product teams • Own P&L and growth targets for newly opened markets • Act as senior relationship owner for major international accounts, including Seddiqi and Ethos • Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts • Negotiate commercial terms, annual targets, and trading agreements • Monitor account performance and take corrective action • Represent Bremont at partner events, trade shows, and store openings • Lead and set targets for Australia and Hong Kong teams • Manage and support Bremont's retail/distribution partner in Japan • Set KPIs, conduct business reviews, and coach regional teams and partners • Ensure consistent brand standards across managed markets • Coordinate demand planning, inventory allocation, and local marketing activation • Contribute to international commercial strategy and annual budgeting/forecasting • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance • Report market performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership • Represent Bremont externally as a senior brand ambassador
• 8–12+ years of experience in international business development, wholesale, or key account management, ideally within luxury watches, jewellery, or premium lifestyle goods • Proven track record of successfully launching a brand into new markets • Demonstrable experience managing major distributor/retail accounts in EU, the Middle East, Asia, or similar regions • Prior experience managing remote regional teams across multiple time zones • Existing relationships within the luxury watch trade are highly advantageous • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering revenue growth • Ability to translate market analysis into actionable go-to-market plans • Strong people-management and leadership skills • Excellent relationship-building skills with senior partners and internal stakeholders • Comfortable with data, forecasting, sell-through analysis, and P&L management • Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable operating with autonomy • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and internationally, estimated 50%+ of time • Fluency in English required • Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a strong plus • Must be based in the UK or Switzerland
