📋 Description

• The Account Strategist is the day-to-day client account owner that takes responsibility for making sure that agreed growth tasks are delivered on time and to the exacting specification required to fulfil their particular requirement / merchant brief. • Own a number of BAO’s retained Strategic Programme merchants and build strong, value based relationships with key stakeholders of those merchants. • Work alongside the roadmap creator (Strategic Director / Head of Merchant Strategy) to help formulate ideas. • Understand task requirements and be responsible for liaising with the internal BAO team to scope, progress, and deliver final outcomes. • Manage feedback loops with clients and understand where further solutions scoping may be needed in order to deliver the best outcome for the merchant. • Ensure agency resources are allocated appropriately, based on requirements detailed within the merchants growth roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on technical experience with an e-Commerce platform - Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce etc • A minimum of 2 years experience working on active eCommerce (in-house or in an agency) • Strong technology generalist with a positive, problem-solving attitude. • Experienced communicator who understands how to cultivate and nurture client relations • Highly organised, capable of multi-tasking and managing requests from different clients simultaneously • Example of previous roles - eCommerce Manager, eCommerce Executive, Project Manager, Digital Account Manager. • Bonus Points for: • Working directly with the Shopify / Shopify Plus platform and partners within the ecosystem • Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights • Experienced in managing development roadmaps, and an understanding of end-to-end strategies
