📋 Description

• Work with large and innovative Financial institutions • Deliver market infrastructure transformation focusing on regulatory, technology or operations • Build steady relationships and provide value to clients • Help build a portfolio for the Invent brand • Provide thought leadership in key areas • Support the management and growth of one or more accounts • Open new connections and maximize client impact • Design and lead streams of work • Identify and analyze problems affecting delivery and adoption • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to improve business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Banking and hands-on Consulting experience • Novel points of view regarding the future of the industry • Practitioner knowledge of banking and ideally cross asset class experience • Experience implementing regulatory changes across Banking in PM, analyst or change expert capacity • Experience across consultancy or banking firm in retail, private, wholesale, investment banking, market infrastructure and financial technology • Knowledge of changes in financial services regulation • Understanding of 3 lines of defence and data execution • Experience in developing and executing technology roadmap in a banking environment • Hands-on experience of the quant model life cycle • Knowledge and experience of ESG is advantageous • Experience in people management
