📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase • Review Chart of Accounts structures with customers to achieve their desired structure • Review approval levels used within each school in conjunction with IMP’s methodology and clients’ needs • Define the best methods to build workflows for purchasing approvals • Support customers throughout implementation, including user acceptance testing • Migrate, standardise and cleanse data from separate systems into IMP Finance • Manipulate implementation data primarily using Excel • Understand customer challenges and define effective solutions using the software

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Excellent knowledge of Excel • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams • Prior experience of finance system administration/implementation or school finances is advantageous • Enthusiastic individual with a logical approach to problem solving • AAT qual, QBE and Part-qual would be advantageous but not essential
