β’ deep experience and understanding of digital paid media, specifically Paid Social and Online Video β’ experience in direct response (DR) objectives is essential β’ experience in upper-funnel brand awareness objectives is desirable β’ strong understanding of how to plan, set up, and monitor digital campaigns β’ working understanding of data analysis and insight techniques β’ competent level of general marketing and creative processes β’ strong digital technical skills β’ client-facing and adept at presenting strategic plans and leading campaign reviews β’ ability to manage, motivate, and train Digital Managers and Executives
