β€’ ONEiO is revolutionizing how integrations are delivered β€” turning complex, project-based implementations into scalable, managed service offerings. As an Account Executive, you will drive strategic growth by acquiring new customers, primarily Managed Service Providers and enterprise organizations, positioning ONEiO as a high-value outsourced integration service. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales & Pipeline Development: Execute a focused, data-driven sales strategy to acquire new logos across enterprise and mid-market segments; Identify key accounts, understand their integration and outsourcing needs, and articulate how ONEiO delivers strategic value; Use outbound and inbound channels (calls, email, events, social media) to build your own pipeline; Collaborate with marketing to qualify leads and build account plans. β€’ Customer Engagement & Deal Management: Lead and facilitate solution-focused presentations, demos and workshops that align with each prospect's business challenges and demonstrate how our offering addresses their specific environment and objectives; Present ONEiO not only as a product but as a strategic partner delivering integration as a managed service; Navigate multiple stakeholders and buying committees with a consultative and value-based selling approach; Manage the entire sales process from qualification to close, including negotiation and handover to delivery. β€’ Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Stay up-to-date on industry trends , competitor offerings, and changes in the SaaS and IT service management space; Feed insights back to marketing, product, and leadership teams; Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partner Teams, and Expert Services to ensure customer success from day one; Own and manage a healthy pipeline using our CRM and sales playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience in selling managed services, outsourcing solutions , or service-based SaaS offerings β€’ Strong grasp of managed services business models and recurring service value β€’ Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and long-term engagements β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales enablement platforms β€’ Customer-obsessed, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills β€’ Embodies ONEiO's iONEER mindset β€” bias for action, deliver results, and take ownership
