📋 Description
• Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns • Maintain records of performance reports • Deliver product training to staff and customers • Deliver best in class Customer Service on-site in residential properties • Provide warranty and paid repairs • Support the sales team in growing UK sales • Cover a wide geographic area and customer properties
🎯 Requirements
• ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory) • Technical expertise gained through industry experience • Driving skills are essential • High attention to detail • Confident and adaptable work style • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
