📋 Description

• Extract actionable insights from diverse data sources to fuel digital growth • Help cross-functional partners understand drivers of site performance and provide insights for online merchandising, web product management, and desktop/mobile shopping experiences • Use business intelligence systems to support digital merchandising, homepage, and ecommerce operations teams • Evolve high-level strategic direction into actionable initiatives • Manage ad hoc analysis requests, investigate data deeply, communicate findings, and influence stakeholders and leadership • Use Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Tableau to create reports • Analyze web analytics and other data to identify trends and optimize digital merchandising strategies • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels and translate results into actionable insights • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting • Support and oversee analytics implementation, including tagging, event tracking, and data quality across Adobe Launch and GA4/GTM • Partner with Product, CRM, and Media teams to define measurement plans and optimize performance • Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to determine data needs and establish data collection requirements • Generate insights from digital data and proactively communicate opportunities or issues • Recommend optimization tactics to improve product performance • Perform proactive analysis and solve business problems • Identify data improvement opportunities and follow through on implementation • Apply statistical rigor to validate findings and explain statistical concepts to non-experts • Seek additional information to strengthen analyses and confirm assumptions

🎯 Requirements

• Stellar SQL and MS Excel skills • 2+ years of digital analytics experience • Adobe Analytics experience preferred • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and guide decision-making • Understanding of digital and ecommerce terminology • Knowledge of statistical testing methodologies • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field, such as statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, finance, or engineering
