📋 Description

• Lead operations across the County Lines Support Service, Steps Kent CE, Pan Merseyside Missing & Exploitation portfolio • Translate Catch22’s strategy into safe, high-quality, financially sustainable and impactful delivery across the Safer Futures Hub • Hold end-to-end responsibility for performance, quality, financial sustainability and risk • Set clear direction and intervene early where quality, safety, outcomes or finances are at risk • Drive continuous improvement, service redesign and digital transformation • Develop evidence-led and digitally enabled support models for victims, young people and communities • Build strategic partnerships with commissioners and sector partners • Shape integrated pathways, place-based models and whole-system responses • Build capability through managers and embed learning into delivery • Escalate insight, risks and recommendations to inform organisational decision-making • Contribute to the wider Senior Leadership and Expert Leader community to drive Mission 2030 outcomes, innovation and system reform

🎯 Requirements

• Senior operational leadership experience • Accountability for performance, quality, financial sustainability and risk • Ability to translate strategy into safe, high-quality and impactful delivery • Professional judgement and autonomy in leading complex portfolios • Ability to use data, insight and service user voice to prioritise resources • Experience leading continuous improvement, service redesign and digital transformation • Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence commissioners and sector partners • Ability to develop integrated pathways, place-based models and whole-system responses • Ability to build capability through managers and escalate risks and recommendations • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people • Enhanced DBS check required • Pre-employment background checks required
