📋 Description

• Ownership of revenue generation within the assigned territory, as well as the quality and strength of executive relationships. • Lead in-depth, enterprise-level sales presentations of the full Centric PLM Solution suite. • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder solution sales cycles from prospecting through to deal closure. • Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities where Centric PLM Solutions deliver measurable business value. • Analyze customer business requirements and develop tailored sales strategies and solution proposals. • Produce high-quality written proposals, business cases, and commercial quotations. • Lead and contribute to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses for large-scale opportunities. • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with customer technology landscapes. • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets. • Represent Centric Software at regional and international trade shows, industry events, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales, ideally within PLM or related enterprise applications (ERP, MRP, SCM, CRM). • Fluency in both German and English required; additional languages are a strong advantage. • Demonstrated experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding high-value annual quotas. • Experience closing large-scale software deals (typically €1,000,000 + contract values). • Strong presence with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership audiences. • Proven expertise in new account development and enterprise prospecting. • Strong commercial and business acumen with experience in value-based or solution selling methodologies. • Experience preparing and leading RFI/RFP responses for enterprise opportunities. • Ability to build trusted, multi-level relationships internally and with customers. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving technology and commercial environment. • Industry knowledge in apparel, retail, or FMCG is highly desirable.
