📋 Description

• Lead major transformation programmes from mobilisation through delivery, adoption and benefits realisation • Own programme outcomes and translate strategy and business cases into successful delivery and measurable benefits • Lead complex, cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, digital, data and operations • Navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities to support programme success • Identify risks and challenges early and take action to maintain momentum and delivery confidence • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence executive-level decision-making • Maintain focus on customer, commercial and operational value throughout programme delivery • Develop high-performing teams and create lasting organisational capability • Contribute to the evolution of Centrica's transformation framework, methodologies and ways of working • Help shape Centrica's enterprise transformation operating model, playbooks and methodologies • Personally demonstrate transformation impact, measurable outcomes and leadership actions in the application or CV

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced transformation leader who has successfully delivered large-scale, complex programmes • Experience leading complex transformation involving significant investment programmes or benefit realisation targets • Experience delivering major customer, commercial or operational change • Experience working across multiple business functions and with senior executive stakeholders • Experience with technology, digital, data and operating model transformation • Experience involving large colleague or customer populations • Experience in complex supplier, partner and third-party delivery environments • Experience managing high organisational complexity, interdependency and delivery risk • Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect transformation activity to measurable business value • Credibility and confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders • Experience recovering or redirecting programmes facing significant challenges • Track record of building, leading and developing high-performing teams • Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity, focus and momentum • Curiosity, adaptability and continuous improvement mindset • Strong self-awareness and commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
