• 8+ years of progressive sales or national account experience in C-Store, Grocery, Foodservice, or Consumer Products • Proven success managing large, complex national accounts with multiple stakeholders • Strong understanding of category management, retail operations, and distributor dynamics • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute high-value agreements • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Willingness to travel as required (typically 30–40%)
