📋 Description

• Define the strategic vision for the product team • Create product roadmaps aligned with Civica’s strategic goals • Lead other product managers • Collaborate with product design, user research, engineering, commercial, marketing, and customer success teams • Develop and maintain understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals • Define and refine the product roadmap • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research • Define and prioritise product requirements for engineering • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch • Ensure timely delivery of product features and releases • Plan and execute product launches with the Product Marketing team • Develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging • Analyse product performance data and metrics • Identify improvement areas and make data-driven product decisions • Champion knowledge sharing and product decision and design documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience in a modern software or product-led organisation • Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and solve complex product-related issues • Ability to navigate and address product lifecycle management complexities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations • Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data for product decisions • Ability to prioritise features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Experience building and executing product roadmaps and strategies aligned with customer needs and company goals • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities • Strong problem-solving skills • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Ability to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to stakeholders • Experience leading geographically distributed teams • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis • Familiarity with UX design principles and human-centred design methodologies • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS
