📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and intervention on complex or high-profile engagements • Contribute as a senior leader to the strategic direction and growth of the business • Define and evolve Civiteq's delivery operating model, ensuring consistent and scalable delivery across all client engagements • Lead the governance, reporting and assurance approach that provides visibility of delivery performance and risk • Create the conditions for predictable, high-quality delivery that supports both client success and commercial performance • Develop and embed delivery standards, methods and best practices across the business • Use delivery insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement and organisational learning • Identify and address risks early, ensuring issues are resolved before they impact client outcomes or business performance • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled delivery approaches that enhance productivity, quality and scalability • Lead, coach and develop senior delivery leaders, building a resilient and high-performing delivery community • Collaborate with colleagues across propositions, growth and delivery teams to ensure services remain practical, deliverable and commercially successful • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading delivery functions, portfolios or complex programmes within a consultancy, professional services or transformation environment • Proven track record of designing and improving delivery operating models, governance frameworks or delivery management approaches • Strong understanding of programme and project delivery across complex change and technology initiatives • Experience providing executive-level oversight of delivery performance, risk and client outcomes • Commercially astute, with an ability to balance client value, delivery quality and business performance • Strong leadership experience, including developing senior delivery professionals and building high-performing teams • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior and executive levels • Experience driving organisational improvement and embedding consistent ways of working at scale • An interest in, and understanding of, how AI can be applied to improve delivery effectiveness and business performance • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insight
