📋 Description

• Lead customer engagements by designing and presenting data platform solution architectures and business outcomes to technical and executive stakeholders • Provide deep platform expertise throughout the sales cycle, supporting PoCs, solution sizing, and adoption for new and existing customers, especially EMEA-specific use cases and scenarios • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and leading escalations to ensure customer success • Drive internal and external technical enablement by exploring new technologies, developing educational materials, and sharing best practices • Influence the product roadmap by translating customer feedback and EMEA-specific requirements into actionable insights for product and engineering teams • Act as a Cloudera evangelist through community activities, event speaking, and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer success and product vision • Empower enterprise customers to make data and AI use cases accessible and drive successful outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and implementing mission-critical data use cases in industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, and Public Sector • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade platforms using Kubernetes, on-premises object stores, and distributed systems • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, Ceph, Apache Ozone, and similar platform technologies • Strong background architecting production data platform deployments, including infrastructure, security, and networking in complex enterprise environments • Demonstrated ability to run Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and MVPs leading to successful production deployments • Practical experience designing and implementing enterprise-level data-intensive use cases, including security and governance challenges • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort engaging audiences from engineers to senior executives • Ability to analyse customer workloads and define tailored technical migration roadmaps • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship • Bonus: prior pre-sales or technical consulting experience focused on big data and AI platform solutions • Bonus: direct experience deploying Red Hat OpenStack and Kubernetes/Red Hat OpenShift and advising customers/partners on technical integrations • Bonus: experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation • Bonus: experience with and interest in open-source software and development practices • Bonus: familiarity with Cloudera AI/CML, CDP Data Services, and SDX • Bonus: relevant technical platform certifications such as CKA • Bonus: working knowledge of Apache Spark, Airflow, Impala, and the open-source data and AI ecosystem • Bonus: exposure to GPU-accelerated computing for deep learning and generative AI applications
