📋 Description

• Proactively source, identify, and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and creative prospecting strategies • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities for the Account Executive team • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and determine fit with CodeRabbit’s solutions • Become fluent in CodeRabbit’s product and value proposition to effectively engage technical and business stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and qualification criteria • Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and consistently achieve weekly and monthly activity goals • Share learnings and insights from prospect conversations with internal teams to help refine our GTM motion

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS/PLG/tech preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences • A curious and empathetic approach to understanding customer challenges and aligning them with CodeRabbit’s value • A self-starter mentality: comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and motivated to exceed goals • Grit, resilience, and persistence when it comes to outbound prospecting and building relationships • An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly scaling GTM team
