📋 Description
• Help shape the next stage of apprenticeship growth with commercial clients. • Take ownership of developing new relationships with commercial employers. • Work towards agreed targets focused on apprenticeship starts and employer engagement activity. • Build and maintain an active pipeline of commercial employers across agreed sectors and pathway priorities.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience generating new business opportunities • Proven ability to work towards targets and convert opportunities into starts • Commercial awareness and understanding of employer needs across business support, administration or digital capability
