📋 Description

• Providing timely technical expertise on Collibra's products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams. • Mapping solutions to value across large and dynamic customers. • Advising and supporting customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate Collibra adoption. • Creating and maintaining lab environments and playbooks for successful technical demonstrations. • Collaborating with the Product team by giving early product feedback and sharing customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical customer facing role supporting enterprise software, with 4+ years total experience in the data ecosystem. • A good understanding of two or more of the following disciplines: data governance, data catalogs, data integration, data quality and data privacy platforms. • Familiarity with modern cloud data infrastructure, including leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Cloud Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and API-driven integration platforms. • Hands-on experience configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting complex enterprise software solutions. • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required. • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
