📋 Description

• Lead regional talent attraction and employer brand activation by translating Cummins’ global EVP and brand strategy into locally relevant campaigns, messaging, channels, events, and candidate engagement approaches. • Own and coordinate regional recruitment marketing activity, including social media, local talent channels, sourcing partnerships, and priority talent campaigns. • Strengthen the regional candidate experience by identifying recruitment-journey friction points and improving consistency across countries, functions, and hiring teams. • Drive Talent Acquisition process excellence and continuous improvement using structured problem-solving approaches such as Lean/Six Sigma. • Lead regional pilots, testing, and implementation of new TA processes, technologies, and tools. • Lead regional change and adoption efforts for TA processes, systems, technologies, and ways of working. • Represent regional needs to global and center-of-excellence teams while supporting consistent enterprise standards. • Partner with Communications, Marketing, Sourcing, Early Careers, HR, and TA leadership. • Define regional reporting and analytics requirements and provide insight into attraction, funnel performance, process effectiveness, and adoption. • Use data to prioritize improvement opportunities, including application volumes, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, social footprint, diversity outcomes, candidate experience, and process performance. • Support diversity talent attraction objectives. • Establish governance and regional standards for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and TA processes. • Manage relevant regional budgets, vendors, and external partners. • Build capability across the regional TA community by sharing best practices and facilitating problem-solving. • Maintain a prioritized regional roadmap for brand and process initiatives. • Support resource allocation, risk mitigation, KPI monitoring, project communications, change initiatives, compliance, documentation, and audit activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related fields are preferred. • Equivalent experience is mentioned as an alternative to the preferred certifications. • Good depth of experience in project support or management, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR function. • Capability in managing projects or components within larger programs. • Competence in external talent sourcing methodologies and tools. • Data analytics, statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving skills. • Human Resources consulting and business process execution knowledge. • Ability to ensure compliance with process, legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. • Ability to use digital and technology applications. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively across audiences.
