📋 Description

• Develop and continuously refine multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide market insights and consultative recruitment guidance • Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews • Manage the full candidate journey from first contact through offer acceptance • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor research • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with recruitment processes • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to support decisions and hiring targets • Contribute to employer branding, process improvements, and cross-functional recruitment projects • Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and sourcing techniques and bring new approaches to the team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience • Ideally experience within fintech, financial services, or another fast-paced international environment • Strong expertise in proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and direct outreach • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, such as technology, marketing, finance, or other corporate functions • Hands-on experience with an ATS and understanding of recruitment metrics • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn recruitment data into practical improvements • Excellent written and verbal English • Confidence advising, influencing, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
