📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Talent Team to understand hiring needs, challenges, organizational structure, and team dynamics • Own full-cycle recruitment globally, from sourcing and engaging passive and active talent through hiring and offer generation • Guide candidates through the end-to-end hiring process • Transition new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding • Act as a key internal stakeholder across teams • Manage headcount reconciliation • Oversee compensation alignment and equity • Coordinate and participate in internal interviews • Ensure recruitment projects are delivered on time and milestones and deliverables are met • Own and execute the Greenhouse recruiting process from opening through close • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring documentation and candidate and hire data • Manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines • Provide timely, clear, and proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders • Anticipate needs, address issues, and prevent recruiting workflow bottlenecks • Source and engage passive candidates using team networks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience working with senior leaders in the SaaS/Tech space • 3+ years specializing in sales recruiting • Experience working in a remote-first company • Strong communication skills • Comfortable in a high-paced environment and able to embrace change and ambiguity • Familiarity with Greenhouse • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple documents, systems, roles, priorities, and deadlines • Ability to follow structured, process-driven workflows • Ability to engage passive candidates and use team networks appropriately
