📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function, setting standards for recruitment quality and candidate experience • Personally deliver end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other corporate functions • Lead recruitment for senior, specialist, and business-critical appointments • Use direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping to identify candidates • Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to future business growth • Provide salary benchmarking, competitor intelligence, and talent-market insight for hiring decisions • Review recruitment campaigns, sourcing strategies, job adverts, and candidate shortlists • Coach and support the internal recruiting team • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles, and selection strategies • Develop the employer proposition and ensure the external recruitment presence reflects the Support Revolution brand

🎯 Requirements

• Significant end-to-end in-house Talent Acquisition experience • Strong track record recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other commercial and corporate functions • Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, talent mapping, and market intelligence • Experience building proactive candidate pipelines • Credibility and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders • Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing professional leadership to other recruiters • Excellent judgement assessing candidate quality and suitability • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how talent strategy supports business growth • Ability to operate across different functions, seniority levels, and international markets • Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft recruitment experience is advantageous but not required • Currently based in the UK and authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship
