• Play a central role in promoting and selling our products in Germany • Take responsibility for an assigned sales territory in Germany, develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration • Actively collaborate with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to increase product sales and achieve revenue targets • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product portfolio (car seats, strollers, furniture) and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications • Build strong relationships with key customers and clients, act as a trusted advisor, address their needs, and deliver exceptional customer service
• Previous sales experience, ideally in the consumer goods sector and preferably with child safety products, strollers, or furniture • Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic sales environment and to meet and exceed sales targets • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and establish long-term customer partnerships • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for business growth • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Fluent in German and at least B1 level in English
