⢠Support the CEO and Sales Lead in acquiring, managing and developing customers in the areas of broadband expansion, energy and infrastructure ⢠Build, maintain and expand a strong network with network operators, municipalities, project companies, partner firms and clients ⢠Identify new business opportunities in the areas of planning, permitting, documentation, data management and consulting ⢠Independently prepare proposals, presentations and cost estimates in close coordination with the technical departments ⢠Provide strategic account management for existing customers and support contract negotiations and tender processes ⢠Contribute to the development of framework agreements, pricing models and partnerships ⢠Support the further development of the sales strategy and market positioning ⢠Use and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to document and track leads ⢠Attend trade shows, professional events and industry gatherings to continuously expand the DBE network
⢠Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, technical draftsman, geomatics technician) or a degree in business, engineering, geoinformation, infrastructure management or related fields ⢠Initial to several years of professional experience in sales or project-based business, ideally in the FTTH / infrastructure / engineering / telecommunications environment ⢠Strong networking and communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact ⢠Structured and independent working style with entrepreneurial thinking ⢠Flexibility and willingness to travel across Germany ⢠Confident presence, strong presentation skills and negotiation ability ⢠Technical understanding of network planning or documentation is an advantage ⢠Proficient with MS Office; ideally experienced with HubSpot, Monday.com or Power BI ⢠Business-fluent German; English skills are an advantage
