📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day communication with recruiters, candidates, managers and third-party vendors • Support candidates throughout the onboarding and vetting journey, ensuring they understand requirements • Coordinate and monitor vetting activity, following up to keep processes moving • Liaise with vendors to ensure appropriate checks are completed and accurate information is received • Maintain and update spreadsheets, systems and candidate records • Check documentation and information for accuracy and completeness • Support Legal & Compliance activities, including internal transfers and leavers • Handle confidential information with care and maintain a high level of accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with relevant employment laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and industry-specific compliance standards • Experience managing or coordinating criminal record checks, right-to-work verifications, and reference validations • Experience maintaining accurate audit trails for candidate and vendor documentation • Experience supporting internal compliance reviews and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal obligations • Experience handling sensitive candidate and employee data confidentially and in line with privacy policies • Previous experience working within a recruitment onboarding / vetting role with strong compliance experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment • Proactive approach and confidence to take ownership of workload
