• Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships • Utilize prospecting and research tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.), coordinate with assigned reps to qualify leads; prepare for and book discovery meetings with target prospects • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process • Manage multi-channel outreach - email, phone, and social drips - using enablement technology to connect with new prospects • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team (supporting between 2-4 Account Executives) to prioritize targeted outreach • Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of sales demonstrations
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in a business development role or high-paced sales environment • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets
