📋 Description

• Spark Conversations: Contact potential clients via outbound calling; establishing rapport, questioning, listening, matching, and closing opportunities. • Fuel the Pipeline: Qualify warm leads that come through our inbound marketing channels (webinars, contact us forms, events, etc.). • Craft Personal Experiences: Create and send targeted and personalized emails, as well as leveraging social selling through LinkedIn. • Unite for Success: Work together with the Sales team to ensure a smooth and excellent customer journey. • Master the Product: Develop a strong understanding of Docebo’s products and how they might benefit different prospects. • Crush Your Targets: Maintain and balance a consistent level of outbound and inbound activity; achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. • Nurture and Track: Develop a database of prospects, keep regular contact with them, and track and report daily activities using our internal CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Sales Hustle: Experience in sales, lead generation, and/or high-volume outbound cold calling, ideally in a SaaS environment. • Strategic Communicator: Ability to qualify, pre-call plan, structure, and control calls effectively. • Relentlessly Driven: Self-motivated and highly goal/target-driven to succeed in a fast-paced market. • Sharp Analytical Mind: Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Linguistic Mastery: Fluent in both English and German to seamlessly connect with our diverse market.
