📋 Description

• Advise the Product team on an effective roadmap supporting EU-regulated critical infrastructure sectors • Define and drive the approach for supporting NIS-2 and related EU OT cybersecurity requirements across products • Drive product strategy and inputs across Product Teams for NIS-2 compliance and sector-specific OT cybersecurity frameworks • Capture and relay customer feedback, implementation challenges, and platform capabilities for EU critical infrastructure operators, especially energy • Serve as a trusted advisor to EU customers on Dragos Platform support for NIS-2, risk management, OT asset visibility, and compliance posture • Represent Dragos in EU industry forums, conferences, publications, ENISA working groups, national cybersecurity agency events, and sector-specific bodies • Support Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders in positioning the Dragos Platform for industry-specific needs and NIS-2 compliance • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and educational content highlighting compliance capabilities • Identify EU business opportunities and communicate use cases, costs, and business case justifications • Collaborate with Product teams on feature, timeline, resource, and quality trade-offs • Support Sales with product insights for proofs of concept, market analysis, and EU development prioritization • Track product KPIs and provide improvement plans for process and product enhancements • Shape EU go-to-market strategy and launch narratives • Mentor senior and junior product managers on EU OT cybersecurity regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience in an OT environment, either on the customer side or having built or supported an OT security product • Demonstrated expertise in NIS-2 and its application in OT environments, including understanding national-level implementation variation across EU member states • Established working relationships with EU critical infrastructure operators, national competent authorities, CSIRTs, and sector-specific industry bodies • Familiarity with NIS-2 management liability provisions under Article 20 and executive or board-level cybersecurity governance and risk ownership • Familiarity with complementary EU regulatory frameworks including the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and DORA, and their interaction with NIS-2 obligations • 7+ years of experience building or maintaining enterprise security products • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to extract insights from complex data • Ability to educate and influence internal teams on EU compliance priorities • Excellent communication skills with executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a collaborative approach • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, conferences, or company events • Experience presenting at industry events and contributing to thought leadership (preferred) • EU language proficiency such as German, French, or Dutch (a plus) • Depth in at least one major EU member state, such as Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, or the Nordics (preferred) • Must pass a background check as a condition of employment
