📋 Description

• Deliver advanced, hands-on technical training on the full SOTI ONE Platform, including SOTI MobiControl, SOTI XSight, SOTI Connect, SOTI SNAP and SOTI Identity • Teach and troubleshoot architecture-level deployments, infrastructure dependencies, high availability, scalability, networking, firewall, proxy and PKI requirements • Teach enterprise identity and security, including Active Directory/LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML/OIDC, certificate-based authentication, RBAC and compliance enforcement • Demonstrate managed-device ecosystems, including Android Enterprise, Apple platform management, Windows modern management, rugged devices, printers and IoT endpoints • Demonstrate advanced configuration and automation, including kiosk profiles, policy and compliance rules, application management, scripting, REST APIs and third-party integrations • Diagnose complex technical issues in real time using logs, network traces and known-issue knowledge, and document guidance • Mentor learners and regional peers and share technical knowledge across global audiences • Track product roadmaps and lead training for new product introductions • Apply adult learning principles and partner with Instructional Design on course architecture • Design scenario-based labs, troubleshooting challenges and practical assessments • Adapt facilitation for varied technical levels, cultures, languages and English proficiency • Define and validate cloud-hosted and on-premises training lab environments, including devices, emulators, certificates and integrations • Own lab readiness and recover training environments under time pressure • Lead global training delivery, oversee regional quality and travel extensively for instructor-led training • Build global training plans and coordinate delivery across regions and time zones • Represent SOTI to strategic customers, channel partners and OEM alliances • Manage internal stakeholder relationships, training requests, partner concerns and commercially sensitive information • Provide subject-matter expertise and learner feedback to Product Management, R&D, Instructional Design, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Support, Channel, Alliances, Marketing and Events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Adult Education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles • 5+ years delivering technical training to technical audiences in an enterprise software environment • Expert hands-on knowledge of enterprise mobility and unified endpoint management (MDM/EMM/UEM) platforms, including Windows modern management and Apple platforms • Strong infrastructure foundations: Windows Server, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, TCP/IP, DNS, ports, firewalls, proxies, PKI and certificates, directory services, identity providers, and Azure/AWS • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-component systems in live, high-visibility settings • Working proficiency in scripting, automation and REST APIs • Executive-level presentation and communication skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience working with global, multicultural audiences and partner ecosystems, including partner relationship management • Proficiency with learning management systems, virtual classroom platforms and Microsoft 365 • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, internationally • Industry certifications such as Android Enterprise Professional/Expert, Apple Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+/Security+ or ITIL are preferred • Experience with rugged and specialty devices, printers and IoT is preferred • Additional languages are an asset
