📋 Description

• Own carrier and 3PL relationships across EMEA and APAC, including rate negotiations, SLA accountability, and tactical and strategic partner reviews. • Lead onboarding and migration of carriers, 3PLs, and systems integrations including EDI, WMS, and order/carrier platforms. • Own delivery and fulfillment KPIs including cost-to-deliver, on-time performance, and customer delivery experience. • Build financial analyses supporting routing, network, and carrier changes. • Resolve real-time 3PL and carrier issues, including open WROs and tracking discrepancies. • Support retail and marketing fulfillment with Customer Happiness, Marketing, and retail accounts. • Own peak-season readiness, including carrier capacity planning, cutoff communication, and escalation paths. • Partner with Finance, Tech/Data, and EU/UK Logistics Coordinators on rate, cost, reporting, and integration workstreams. • Flag network risks early, especially across APAC.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in last-mile, parcel, or 3PL fulfillment operations in e-commerce, D2C, or CPG, with direct ownership of carrier and 3PL relationships. • Experience spanning multiple regions, especially EMEA and APAC; comfortable with operational and customs/documentation differences. • Genuine command of delivery and fulfillment data; able to build analyses independently. • Track record of carrier or systems (EDI/WMS) onboarding and migration from validation through go-live. • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor owning a function end to end without a team underneath. • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, including holding providers accountable to SLAs. • Advanced Excel/data tooling skills. • Experience with EDI platforms, carrier integrations, or ERP/order systems such as SPS Commerce or NetSuite is a strong plus. • Excellent English communication, written and verbal. • Willingness to travel periodically to visit 3PL and carrier partners. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
