📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction and deliver an ambitious growth strategy across the Education sector • Increase market share, strengthen market position, and drive sustainable revenue and profit growth • Take accountability for divisional P&L, revenue, profit, margin and cash performance • Drive financial controls, pricing, cost management and operational productivity • Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Develop existing business, secure new contracts, and deliver client satisfaction and retention • Evolve food and service propositions in response to customer expectations, food trends and market opportunities • Embrace technology, insight and new ways of working to differentiate Elior • Ensure high standards across a complex, multi-site portfolio, including food quality, service delivery, health and safety, food safety, allergen management, compliance and contractual performance • Lead contract mobilisations and transformation programmes to improve efficiency, consistency and profitability • Lead, inspire and develop the senior leadership team • Build accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement • Strengthen leadership capability, talent development and succession planning • Embed sustainability, responsible sourcing, wellbeing, waste reduction and social value into the Education proposition • Represent Education at UK Leadership Team level and collaborate across Elior UK and the wider Group • Manage risk, uphold governance and deliver wider business ambitions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior director or executive-level role • Ideally experience within the Education sector, including primary, secondary and further education, or other complex, multi-site service environments • Significant experience developing and executing successful growth strategies • Demonstrable track record delivering P&L performance, budgetary targets and sustainable profitability • Ability to identify market opportunities, anticipate industry challenges and develop compelling propositions • Experience leading and developing senior leadership teams and large, geographically dispersed workforces • Experience successfully leading organisations through change • Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills • Ability to influence at board level and navigate complex stakeholder environments • Experience managing a high-value, multi-outlet operation across a substantial geographical area • Ability to balance operational excellence, customer experience, compliance and commercial performance • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to business challenges • Ability to use data, innovation and new ways of working to improve performance and create growth opportunities • Passion for developing people, championing inclusion and sustainability, and creating an environment where colleagues can thrive • Forward-thinking and commercially driven leadership approach
