📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the payments and fintech space • Build and manage strong relationships with merchants, partners, and gateway providers • Leverage experience with **Cybersource, Cardstream**, or similar gateways to support payment solutions • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and onboarding • Work closely with internal teams (product, technical, operations, and risk) to deliver tailored payment solutions • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a **Business Development Manager/ Account Manager/ Relationship Manager** within **payments, fintech, or merchant acquiring** • Hands-on experience working with **payment gateways** such as **Cybersource, Cardstream**, or equivalent platforms • Strong understanding of card payments, alternative payment methods, and payment processing flows • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
