📋 Description

• You optimize workshop workflows and processes as well as the advisory support provided to our franchise partners • You support our partners through trainings and analyses to ensure quality in our two-wheeler, three-wheeler and cargo bike workshops • You assist in implementing new locations and help partners develop and establish new workshop processes • You develop and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals and online learning courses

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally you are a master-certified two-wheeler mechatronics technician or master two-wheeler mechanic • Career changers are also welcome — e.g., (automotive) mechanics and (automotive) mechatronics technicians with experience as bicycle mechanics/bicycle assemblers • You have experience in assortment planning and acting as the interface between the workshop and sales • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-motivation • You are willing to support our partners on-site (travel requirement approx. 60%) • Enjoy building and maintaining collaborative partnerships • A high level of independence, sense of responsibility and commitment to service
