• You shape the strategic development and implementation of the product roadmap for MC³ Radiology together with internal and external partners. • You are responsible for the product’s professional development across the entire product lifecycle and prioritize features based on clinical benefit, regulatory risk, and commercial value. • You develop user-centered, practical, and regulatory-compliant product solutions. • You ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. • You analyze complex requirements from clinical practice and translate them into tailored solutions for radiology. • You prioritize and maintain product backlogs in close collaboration with development.
• Several years of solid experience in product management, ideally in clinical IT, medical software, or pharmaceutical software. • Strong knowledge of medical and administrative workflows in radiology, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine. • Knowledge of relevant interface and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE profiles). • Ideally experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, or clinical information systems and their integration into existing IT landscapes. • Ability to analyze complex clinical requirements in a structured way and translate them into clear, user-oriented product concepts. • Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills when interacting with medical-pharmaceutical experts and interdisciplinary teams.
