• Experience in partner management, key account management, or product roles—ideally in the banking or financial services sector. • Solid knowledge of mortgage financing. • Strong ability to reconcile differing interests and jointly develop viable solutions. • A good sense for market opportunities and sales potential. • Ability to present complex content clearly and convincingly—internally and externally. • A structured, independent working style and a strong commitment to shaping and improving processes. • Enjoys collaboration, networking, and proactive communication. • Willingness to travel within your region.
