• Assist execution of the Exclusive Brand sales and business development plan to exceed sales, margin, and customer acquisition targets • Support ADI Group sales teams in the North America region to reach business targets • Assist growth of Exclusive Brand sales share in selected National Accounts • Collaborate with Account Managers to target high potential sales opportunities in National Accounts • Coach and support within the Store Network and raise sales team recognition of Exclusive Brands • Be sales team first point of contact for Exclusive Brands and identify new opportunities from existing ADI customers • Grow the account base for Exclusive Brands and develop strong working relationships with ADI Sales Leaders • Lead Exclusive Brand Sales Events, including roadshows, focus sales days, and expos • Prepare monthly sales reports including performance against KPI's

🎯 Requirements

• Business Development / field sales experience • Valid Driver’s License, clean motor vehicle history, and a driving record in good standing • Understanding of the Security and Low-Voltage residential or commercial market • Technical mindset • Strong communicator and team player • Knows how to set priorities and focus on the key needle moving opportunities • Thinks Customer first • Shows passion and strives to succeed • Strong level of skill in Microsoft word, excel and power point • A commercial mind-set and acumen • Strives to achieve goals, resilient character, strong collaborator • This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship
