📋 Description

• Define and execute the overall product strategy across EXA’s connectivity portfolio • Drive the product portfolio P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability • Ensure EXA’s products remain price and feature competitive within the European infrastructure market • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for Transport, Financial Services and Dark Fibre products • Support the sales organisation and own the P&L for strategic deals and complex bids • Create and articulate product propositions and application to customer use cases • Maintain a strong understanding of European fibre infrastructure markets, customer segments and competitors.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive product management experience in telecommunications infrastructure or wholesale connectivity markets • Proven track record managing product portfolios within fibre networks, transport services or infrastructure services • Experience leading or mentoring product management teams • Strong understanding of European dark fibre and wholesale bandwidth markets.
