📋 Description

• Own the ML product portfolio and define which capabilities get built • Make ranking world-class by utilizing a rich dataset • Own vision and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with a technical team • Make ML a trusted capability across Preply • Bring user needs into every strategic decision • Partner deeply with Data and Engineering teams for success

🎯 Requirements

• Experience setting a clear multi-quarter direction for a highly technical domain • Machine learning experience at large scale • Fluency in machine learning and ability to work with technical teams • Empathy for learners and tutors • Comfort working with data and identifying patterns • Experience shaping organizations’ approaches to complex technical domains • Strong executive communication skills • Solid foundation in A/B testing, experiment design, and interpreting results with rigor and nuance.
