📋 Description

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services. • Proactively generating leads and scheduling calls and meetings for the sales team. • Delivering tailored, compelling pitches and handling queries and objections with confidence to convert leads into qualified opportunities. • Meeting and exceeding the meeting-scheduling targets and KPIs set by the Director of New Business. • Keeping customer information accurate and up to date in the CRM. • Working closely with Business Development Managers and the wider sales team to align on target firms, messaging, and pipeline priorities, including supporting adviser events and roadshows.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone. • Strong negotiation skills and the resilience to stay motivated through setbacks and rejection. • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail. • Confident using computers and CRM software. • Prior experience in a telesales or outbound sales role, with knowledge of financial or investment markets considered an advantage.
