📋 Description

• Execute Fi's European marketing plan across the UK and Germany, owning day-to-day campaign delivery • Localize Fi's brand, messaging, and creative for UK and German audiences, including reviewing and adapting German-language copy • Run endemic marketing campaigns across pet, outdoor, and lifestyle ecosystems • Adapt global campaigns for European markets and build region-specific programs • Manage relationships with regional agencies, freelancers, and vendors, including briefs, timelines, and quality control • Support partner and retail relationships with the broader commercial team • Track campaign performance against regional growth targets and report results to leadership • Help manage the regional marketing budget and flag reallocations • Provide local insights on competitive activity, cultural moments, and European pet-owner preferences • Work with product, operations, and customer experience teams to improve local market experience • Ensure compliance with local advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection regulations, including GDPR

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in marketing, ideally at a consumer brand with DTC and/or Amazon channels • Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns across paid, social, content, and partnerships • Familiarity with the UK and/or German consumer, media, and retail landscape • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or vendors • Comfort with performance metrics • Ability to collaborate with remote, centralized teams across time zones • Comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources, and shifting priorities in an early-stage market • Willingness to travel within Europe, with occasional travel to the US headquarters • Experience supporting an international market launch for a US-based or global brand • Understanding of subscription-based business models • Experience in pet, animal health, wearables, or connected hardware is a plus
