📋 Description

• Define the structure and logic behind Fieldguide's out-of-the-box methodology content with methodology partners • Evaluate and incorporate partner-provided industry procedures, testing approaches, internal control testing, and practice guidance into the methodology library • Build and manage relationships with EMEA standard-setters, professional bodies, and regulators • Review and refine methodology and engagement templates using feedback from EMEA practitioners • Translate professional standards and practitioner judgment into prompts, workflows, and guardrails for integrated methodologies and testing agents • Direct localization and customization of Fieldguide's AI agents and audit workflows for EMEA • Partner with Engineering and Product to prioritize EMEA-specific platform requirements • Act as the financial audit subject-matter expert for the EMEA go-to-market team, leading and supporting customer demos and technical validation sprints • Represent Fieldguide on customer onsites with firm leadership and technical evaluators • Partner with Sales on deal strategy for complex or strategic EMEA opportunities • Serve as financial audit business sponsor and subject-matter expert for EMEA customer implementations • Act as an escalation point and unblock complex issues for EMEA accounts • Monitor customer health and methodology fit, feeding insights into product and methodology roadmaps • Advise the Head of Audit and cross-functional leadership on EMEA financial audit priorities • Recruit, mentor, and develop financial audit EMEA team members

🎯 Requirements

• Professional audit qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent) with deep expertise in ISA and EMEA financial audit standards • 8+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting or assurance firm • Direct experience with EMEA regulatory and standard-setting bodies • Strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology • Experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools, audit methodologies, templates, or workpapers • Working knowledge of quality control/quality management standards (e.g., ISWM 1, SQMS 1, PCAOB QC standards) as they relate to methodology and audit documentation • Ability to translate professional standards into structured workflows and logic • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams • Executive presence and confidence to lead demos, onsites, and validation sprints directly in front of firm leadership and regulators • Experience spanning multiple EMEA jurisdictions, international auditing standards and methodologies (UK, EU, and beyond) (nice to have) • Experience working in audit methodology, quality or national office roles (nice to have) • Expertise in international auditing standards and methodologies (nice to have) • Experience with LLM-based or agentic workflows, prompt design, or AI-enabled audit tooling (nice to have)
