📋 Description

• Create, identify, and close sales • Acquire new customers and drive revenue • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts • Generate business opportunities through professional networking • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, and similar channels • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas • Own the sales cycle from generation through closure • Develop business plans and present them during quarterly review sessions • Maintain account and opportunity forecasts in SFDC • Self-generate leads through personal connections, referral partners, and regional networking events • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention throughout implementation and support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Contact Center software or CRM sales experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Experience selling at the C-level • Proven track record of sales excellence • Superior professional presence and business acumen • Experience selling to CMO (preferred) • Knowledge of territory or assigned accounts (preferred)
