📋 Description

• You'll own the day-to-day running of your partnerships - keeping stakeholders engaged, projects on course, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the quality our partners expect and deserve. • You'll hold the reins on timelines, budgets, and resources for your accounts, bringing the kind of rigour and care that keeps things running smoothly even when they get complicated. • You'll develop a genuine understanding of your partners' goals - spotting the moments where Genomics can offer more, and shaping those conversations with sensitivity and scientific credibility. • You'll work closely with Science, Finance, Legal, and Commercial colleagues, bringing people together around a shared purpose and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. • You'll contribute to initiatives that strengthen how our Technology Enabled Life Sciences practice operates - helping us get better at what we do, together.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a strong scientific foundation - ideally a PhD or MSc in genetics, genomics, or a related life science - and you can hold your own in a conversation with a statistical geneticist or a pharma R&D lead. • You've worked in a client-facing role in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare - whether in consulting, alliance management, or a similar capacity - and you know what it takes to earn and keep a partner's trust. • You're a natural organiser who takes real ownership of your work, keeping budgets, timelines, and stakeholders aligned without losing sight of the bigger picture. • You notice opportunities others might miss - when a partner's challenge maps onto something Genomics does well, you know how to shape that conversation thoughtfully. • You thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and bring warmth and clarity to every team you work with.
