• Partnership development: Identify, acquire, and grow strategic partners, particularly in the areas of tax advisory, financial services, and DATEV-related ecosystems. • Partner enablement & sales: Actively support our partners in marketing our solutions and jointly develop sales strategies to scale. • Consulting & process optimization: Analyze partners' existing structures and help to make processes more efficient and more digital. • Trainings & workshops: Conduct training on our products as well as sales topics (e.g., objection handling) and sustainably enable partners. • Performance & reporting: Track partner activities, derive actions, and work on building a scalable, automated commission model.
• Several years of experience (minimum 3 years) in partner, account, or sales management — ideally in software, SaaS, or the TaxTech environment. • Experience working with tax advisors, financial service providers, or within the DATEV ecosystem is a plus. • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence with diverse stakeholders. • High degree of ownership, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in proactively driving initiatives. • Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and translate them into solutions. • Willingness to travel and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
