📋 Description

• Provide personalised support to employees using the OneHub platform, ensuring seamless access to benefits, reward, recognition and discounts • Manage employee queries through calls and live chat, troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality resolutions • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction while consistently achieving service level agreements and performance targets • Collaborate with colleagues and specialist teams to deliver efficient resolutions and exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a passion for helping people • Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence using initiative to find resolutions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes, products and priorities • A collaborative team player with strong computer literacy and a customer-first mindset.
