📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, answering questions and resolving platform-related issues • Provide training and support to providers on the use of the platform • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries and issues • Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives • Manage provider schedules to ensure adequate coverage for high-demand markets

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations or provider support roles in a healthcare or telehealth setting • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to interpret data to assist in capacity planning • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands • Proficient in G-Suite • Knowledge of telehealth • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment • Must be legally able to work in the US without sponsorship • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM PST; no schedule adjustments available • During the first month, availability for Monday–Friday, 6 AM–2 PM PST training; no schedule adjustments available
