📋 Description

• Own and execute the product strategy for Dentally across multiple regions • Build and mentor a high-performing Product team • Establish discovery practices grounded in customer needs • Champion generative AI and automation in the product • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams • Own the roadmap and prioritisation process • Adapt products to regional regulatory, commercial, and customer contexts • Drive initiatives that improve usability, adoption, and revenue opportunities • Motivate, coach, and develop team members • Maintain Individual Development Plans, performance reviews, and regular 1:1 conversations • Lead recruitment and hiring for the team • Promote an inclusive and diverse culture aligned with Henry Schein One values

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles in high-growth technology companies, ideally B2B SaaS-based • Proven record of scaling product teams and delivering impactful products that drive business growth • Deep expertise in modern product management, including discovery, data-informed decision-making, and experimentation • Experience applying AI, ML, and LLM technologies to improve product outcomes and automate customer tasks • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen • Excellent stakeholder management skills with executive and cross-functional leadership experience • Passion for solving real-world problems and creating measurable impact • Experience leading product portfolios across multiple markets • Ability to ensure global scalability and local relevance
