📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex analytics initiatives • Manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams to agreed timelines • Identify additional value from data using existing and emerging technologies • Design and oversee reports, dashboards, and insights across operational, financial, and performance metrics • Develop complex dashboards and analytical products using data storytelling and visual analytics • Apply advanced analytical techniques using SQL, Python, and analytics platforms • Incorporate Generative AI and AI-enabled tools into analytics solutions • Build trusted relationships with partners, senior stakeholders, and leadership teams • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences • Support data literacy and insight-led decision-making • Develop and maintain analytics standards, data quality controls, review practices, and governance frameworks • Own and improve business-as-usual BI and analytics processes, including KPI definition and tracking • Ensure outputs align with firm standards, risk requirements, and delivery frameworks • Share knowledge and support team capability building • Promote consistent analytics practices across the firm

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in data or business analytics • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline or equivalent experience • Advanced data visualisation and dashboarding skills • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar tools such as Tableau or QlikView • Practical experience using Large Language Models and AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or equivalent programming language • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable platforms • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capability • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in an Agile environment • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and collaboration skills • Experience contributing as a senior member of an analytics or data team and owning complex analytical work • Global or distributed team experience desirable • Continuous improvement and sustainable process change experience desirable • Agile or delivery-management qualifications desirable • Experience coaching or line-managing junior analysts desirable • Ability to translate business and user requirements into technical integration specifications desirable • Experience with APIs, including REST services, and AI integration protocols such as MCP desirable • Must be UK-based • Must not live in Northern Ireland • Must live at least 100 miles away from an HSF Kramer London office
