• Responsible for developing new business and building long-term partnerships with customers across your region. • Helping customers unlock the full potential of CAD/CAM and shop floor software solutions. • Prospecting and connecting with new customers in manufacturing. • Demonstrating technical software and showing how it can improve efficiency and ROI. • Working independently from home office, with occasional travel to visit customers, partners, or trade shows (about 25%).
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in technical or industrial software/hardware. • The ability to quickly understand and present technical software solutions. • A proactive, competitive, and self-motivated mindset. • Team spirit and strong collaboration skills. • Fluency in German language and proficiency in English. • Dutch language skills are a strong plus. • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital prospecting tools, and social media for business development.
